Austin St. John's Ill-Advised Clothing Line

Austin St. John is back in the headlines and again it's for all the wrong reasons. In a February podcast interview with Jim Cummings, he said he planned a clothing line featuring quotes from leaders both famous and infamous, saying the German mustache guy "was a demon on steroids but he had some pretty good one-liners." This week, Power Rangers fans took notice of the comments and the former Red Ranger has faced backlash from nearly all corners. Tyler and Mike Manos offer their takes on what he said, and how fans and fan events should respond.

[00:00:00] This is Rangercast, Episode 26, Recorder on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

[00:00:13] This episode, Austin St. John crossed a big fat line.

[00:00:16] God's it'll might as one stomps its way to Oscar Gold and more guests are being confirmed

[00:00:21] for Power Morphcon.

[00:00:30] All right, this is Rangercast.

[00:00:42] As always I'm Tyler, better known as Rital Volto and I'm joined by...

[00:00:46] Hey everybody, it's Mike Mannels here.

[00:00:48] Remember when they were talking about canceling Power Rangers?

[00:00:51] This isn't what I had in mind!

[00:00:53] That's a good one.

[00:00:55] So yeah, it's probably pretty obvious in the Tell us episode and the show notes what

[00:01:01] the big subject is going to be.

[00:01:03] We're going to get to that later.

[00:01:05] First off, I know we've been away for a while.

[00:01:06] It wasn't intentional.

[00:01:07] I want to thank everybody for tuning in for the Gwitchie Sackamotorne for you and I want

[00:01:13] to again thank everybody and we and Jay, me, Blasters for making that happen.

[00:01:17] It was a nice little con but they were going to do it again, same place and all that but then

[00:01:22] the hotel said to get knocked down.

[00:01:25] So that sucks but they didn't find a new venue and I'm really looking forward to see

[00:01:28] what they got coming up.

[00:01:30] Also, we were recording this couple days after The Oscars where Godzilla minus one became

[00:01:35] the first Japanese film to win in the category for best visual effects and they were decked

[00:01:42] out.

[00:01:43] They had like Godzilla themed shoes.

[00:01:44] They all looked team including the director Takshiyamazaki brought little Godzilla's

[00:01:50] and a photo of the movie's late producer with them up to the stage and it was a really

[00:01:56] cool moment and I'm really, really happy that we got to hear Arnold Schwarzenegger say

[00:02:03] Godzilla.

[00:02:04] Yeah, that was all really nice thing to say and I think we should admit that it's not only

[00:02:11] that Godzilla minus one, I haven't seen Godzilla minus one full transparency.

[00:02:15] It's not only that it's the first Toku Satsu film to win an Oscar of any kind but it did

[00:02:21] not feel like one of those awards the Oscars will get out every once in a while.

[00:02:26] It's like, alright you're due.

[00:02:28] Here's like, here's a pity.

[00:02:29] No it had a pretty stacked series of competition.

[00:02:32] We had the historic film Napoleon, the newest mission impossible, Guardians of the Galaxy

[00:02:39] Volume 3 and it also beat the creator which is you know, you have any movie about futuristic

[00:02:47] how I don't want.

[00:02:48] I was going to say nuclear holocaust but maybe not the best part for this right now.

[00:02:54] And I felt that there were a lot of really good effects and obviously with CGI being as

[00:03:01] prevalent as it is in the Hollywood landscape.

[00:03:05] As years go on, that's one of those awards that will continue to grow in prestige.

[00:03:11] So it is certainly impressive.

[00:03:14] We've come a long way from things winning the award in 1927.

[00:03:17] It's all I'm going to say.

[00:03:19] And it seemed like the audience was jazz, Davido, with jazz agreements like repeating

[00:03:23] and like yeah, yeah, yeah.

[00:03:26] But yeah when it is available for home media, stream all that, definitely check it out.

[00:03:31] It is a fantastic film.

[00:03:35] Yeah, I like it said I intend on seeing it.

[00:03:37] It didn't play around here so I never got the chance.

[00:03:40] So Power Morphicon has filled out the roster of Japanese guests.

[00:03:45] They include I think we've already mentioned Shitori, Zumi, Masu, or Yunaway but they also

[00:03:50] have Yui Kuike who played Go-Kai Pink and Tassato who was Red Turbo also sang the themes

[00:03:57] to Turbo Ranger and Jury Ranger, Ryoto Zawa who is best known as Captain Marvelous Go-Kai

[00:04:03] Red, Masaru Shishiro who played Ored in Orange A.

[00:04:08] But here's the big one they have the first US appearance from Tetsuo Kurata who is Kamen Rider

[00:04:15] Black and Black RX that is huge.

[00:04:18] She is Minami Kotaro and I know I freaked out when I saw that announcement.

[00:04:23] It also kind of makes sense with Black being available to Western audiences now so I'm

[00:04:28] not saying it was an expected thing but it is, you know, it tracks with the releases of

[00:04:35] anything and who's to say that the release of Black on Blu-Ray and DVD home video format

[00:04:44] in this.

[00:04:45] It may have had a little bit of a part in getting him at Power Morphicon.

[00:04:49] Also worth mentioning is they finally announced Dan Southworth as they first...

[00:04:53] Yeah, they finally announced the power.

[00:04:55] He's always there but it's always good to see him.

[00:05:01] I think there was one or two Power Morph guns go he was like publicly wondering if you should

[00:05:05] go.

[00:05:06] Yeah, but still it's always nice to see that they are starting to announce power Rangers

[00:05:12] for the Power Ranger Convention.

[00:05:16] I guess I can get a little plug in.

[00:05:18] May Boston is coming up at the end of the month of the last weekend of March and they

[00:05:25] just announced another musical guest Lotus Juice, the rapper Lotus Juice.

[00:05:29] He did a couple songs for Shin Poundrider so I believe it's the Saturday concert.

[00:05:34] I run Press for Anime Boston so you might see me going around if I'm not manning in

[00:05:41] a few or something like that.

[00:05:43] It's a really fun con.

[00:05:44] It's big but it's like it's got a great atmosphere.

[00:05:49] Cool stuff.

[00:05:50] Yeah and also lineage their license on Power Rangers stuff has apparently come to an end.

[00:05:57] So if you go to the website lineagestudios.com they are running a sale on all the power

[00:06:03] engines stuff they've got and they posted a tweet today which is as you heard at the

[00:06:09] top Tuesday they say in a tweet wherever licensing takes us next we will be forever grateful

[00:06:16] to an incredibly passionate Power Rangers fan base.

[00:06:18] Our talent they tag Jason Frank saying he's deeply missed as well as their dear friend

[00:06:25] Toy Wonder Jason Bischoff who presumably negotiated this deal and is alive and well and at

[00:06:30] Funko Pop.

[00:06:34] So yeah they say there are no guarantees they will be restocking any of their Power Rangers

[00:06:38] merchandise and everything they've got is up to 50% off.

[00:06:42] It includes like legacy more for pins green ranger pins power coin pins all sorts of stuff

[00:06:48] as well as stuff from other seasons.

[00:06:50] They also have so the dragon stuff apparently included in the sale for some reason I don't

[00:06:54] know why or a print from Lord the Dragon or a soul dragon but you know whatever don't

[00:07:00] be worried that the discount isn't immediately apparent when you look at the item it'll

[00:07:05] populate when you add to your cart so go check them out at lineage studios.

[00:07:14] I'd like to take moment to tell you about entertainment earth they carry tens of thousands

[00:07:18] of licensed products covering everything from Power Rangers to Pokemon, Ultraman to Iron

[00:07:22] Man and for Ranger Cast listeners you can get 10% off your order and free shipping on

[00:07:27] any order $79 an up.

[00:07:30] Let's go to e.toys slash ranger that's e.toys slash ranger or click the link in our show

[00:07:36] notes.

[00:07:37] Ranger Cast may receive a commission from your purchase.

[00:07:40] Now for the Tyrannosaurus in the room.

[00:07:45] That's certainly you I had to put it.

[00:07:49] Also seen John was on the episode of Tune in with Jim Cummings and yes that Jim Cummings

[00:07:57] went to the Poo Jim Cummings.

[00:08:00] He was talking about you know the sort of merch that he you know sells at conventions

[00:08:04] and all this sort of thing and he casually put out there he's thinking of releasing a

[00:08:10] warriors line he put it featuring quotes by inspirational figure.

[00:08:17] Men men.

[00:08:21] Men probably almost exclusively men in their native language and English as well as you

[00:08:26] know including some like he generalized all his scriptures congee but you know so this

[00:08:33] podcast goes in YouTube.

[00:08:34] There are words that we can't say without you know getting in trouble.

[00:08:39] He said that the German mustache guy quote was a demon on steroids but he had some pretty

[00:08:48] good one liners.

[00:08:53] For the duration of this podcast I will be using the term starfish to refer to that

[00:09:01] omitted figure because that's a Tocque Satsang reference that I feel like people will

[00:09:06] appreciate it if you're listening to this podcast.

[00:09:08] You probably understand what I mean when I say starfish.

[00:09:13] If not, phone up on your 70s era monsters of the week is all I'm going to say.

[00:09:19] I only saw a brief clip thanks to Morgan Lamia on Twitter for clipping it out.

[00:09:24] He said that he would name to like you know the shirts like look to their past quote to

[00:09:31] leaders both good and terrible and nowhere in this clip may well have been later than

[00:09:37] I don't know.

[00:09:38] You know Jim Cummings did not immediately stop and say hold the phone but this is not

[00:09:47] him.

[00:09:50] So this got out there on social and everybody almost everybody in the fandom united

[00:09:58] in scorned of Austin St. John being in the news again for all the wrong reasons and

[00:10:06] the pile on include in Amy Joe Johnson who originally her first tweet on it was hmm I think some

[00:10:13] people should have publicist dear me later earlier today she said we did rogue red Ranger

[00:10:20] has an entire new meaning which is a reference to her comic series okay I'll stop now.

[00:10:26] She said and it's evening to hit entertainment weekly their website so this is going to get

[00:10:31] out into the mainstream and this is just an embarrassment.

[00:10:36] Yes, it certainly is.

[00:10:40] I think what are you thinking right?

[00:10:44] I can tell you exactly what he's thinking I know this mindset I witnessed it enough

[00:10:49] over the years.

[00:10:52] It's going to sell we don't want it to look at look at look at pop culture now if you

[00:11:01] go to billboard.com and you look at the hot 100 songs in the country right now Kanye West

[00:11:08] is at number one.

[00:11:11] As we are recording this on March 12, 2024 yeah he has no he has the number one song it's

[00:11:16] called carnival some mediocre crap Kanye has said similar perhaps worse statements about

[00:11:26] starfish in recent years so there was certainly a market for this kind of thing you can tell

[00:11:36] at a lot of that market comes from I don't want to paint a target on a certain audience

[00:11:44] because it's not what I'm trying to do when I say Gen Z but a lot of it is the Gen Z stuff

[00:11:49] it is not because you know young people bad.

[00:11:53] I think a lot of it has to do with youth being disassociated with the World War II time.

[00:12:02] I'm a child of the 1980s Tyler's just a hair younger than I am.

[00:12:08] We grew up in an era where World War II memory was very much a thing in pop culture we

[00:12:20] experienced it like you have shinlers list which one best picture in 93 you have a lot

[00:12:27] of veterans still alive but now it's 2024 we are now you want to say we're almost 80 years

[00:12:36] removed from World War II pretty much everybody who was alive during that point in time is gone.

[00:12:45] So I feel like part of the unfortunate inclination for young people to be the edge lords

[00:12:56] is that they are trying to latch on to something that they don't necessarily know the meaning

[00:13:05] behind especially something so far removed because 80 years ago from when I was born was

[00:13:11] the turn of the 20th century.

[00:13:14] And I think we would be remiss not to mention that the person who is banger quotes also see

[00:13:21] John once put in his shirts is responsible for the deaths of 17 million people.

[00:13:27] Yes very much so I will say that upon perusing people's opinions of this I'm not condoning

[00:13:35] it at all I want to make my perfectly clear I'm just trying to you know to elaborate on

[00:13:40] it a little bit and devil's advocate of hair just to give some sort of semblance of content

[00:13:47] I feel like the general consensus that people have is not that Austin St. John has gone

[00:13:57] completely off the deep end and is now you know that kind of political slash sociological

[00:14:06] mindset general viewpoint that I see and I'm inclined to agree with it is that Austin

[00:14:13] St. John is a moron yeah I think he's at the very least ignorant amus and I think he's

[00:14:19] a grifter I think we knew that he was upselling toys on his website yes I think the only

[00:14:26] reason he's even mentioning this stuff is because unfortunately there is a market for

[00:14:32] it and he's going to need some money very soon probably exactly so he's trying to latch

[00:14:37] on anything possible in order to try and make a quick buck and think what you will about

[00:14:42] the starfish of Fissionados out there in the world I don't know any personally if anybody

[00:14:49] claims that they're an algae eater in my life personally I've tried to exile them as much

[00:14:53] as possible but I feel like for some reason they have a lot of money and they are willing

[00:15:00] to donate their loads of money to causes that support their views because they feel like

[00:15:07] they are not heard because they should you think he wants to become a cause 11 certain circles

[00:15:15] well the super hot take that I have is that power rangers has always kind of fed into that mindset

[00:15:24] because it's all about you are the only one who can save the rest of the world and you have

[00:15:32] the power and you're the chosen one and you're the one that can do it it's kind of lines up with

[00:15:39] a lot of desire ideologies of things that a lot of people who were involved with the show

[00:15:47] and a fall in after a while you would think that it comes at odds with the message of the show

[00:15:53] about teamwork and diversity ruling overall but I mean if you want to be completely blunt

[00:16:01] heroes coming all colors but all those colors are certain shades of white when you get right

[00:16:05] down to it because look at the writing well I mean well there's something else that a fan brought

[00:16:10] up earlier today that I hadn't thought about was there are countries where in Europe in particular

[00:16:17] Germany we're if you to walk down the street where one of these shirts you could get busted for that

[00:16:26] we'll see if it's legal we will see if there's a European marketplace available I mean to be fair

[00:16:31] this is coming from the same person who thinks that congee refers to all Asian languages

[00:16:38] I can understand him possibly not knowing the words for the characters so I'm willing to let

[00:16:45] that one slide but and for those who've been living under rock and didn't understand the other

[00:16:49] thing that we referenced a bit ago he is under indictment for Keras Act fraud and he has a there's

[00:16:57] a deadline for a plea agreement coming up in late April he could face prison time depending if he

[00:17:06] goes to trial he definitely pays prison time but we'll see what we'll see what happens with that

[00:17:11] part of the reason why I feel really disgusted about a lot of this is like I said I

[00:17:20] am not an algae of any kind I am not in danger of being killed by a starfish anytime soon

[00:17:27] that's not the kind of life I have however to to put it bluntly and unfortunately I feel like

[00:17:35] I kind of have to given the subject of this podcast there's a lot of special needs people in this

[00:17:42] fandom and a lot of kids in this fandom and there's a lot of situations as someone who has worked

[00:17:53] as staff at power morphe con before yeah we should disclose that yes I I've seen

[00:18:01] this I don't want to say hero worship because I don't want to put any

[00:18:06] it's a pair of social on the fandom in his pair of social but I don't want to put the fault

[00:18:10] on the fans is what I'm trying to say yeah it's not bad it's just that's how they are

[00:18:15] and people sometimes have a very hard time disassociating the actor from the character

[00:18:20] what's cast of various things and I think they're very credulous when these actors try to turn around

[00:18:26] and sell this or something and there have been people taking to take advantage that he's one of

[00:18:30] them Michael Capone's one of them Karen Ashley's one of them yes so it's not exclusive the Austin

[00:18:36] St. John it's not a problem that is exclusive to him he is not the sole pariah of cast members of

[00:18:45] the show but he does have a pattern of associate himself with pretty awful people like Zachary

[00:18:54] Taylor MacGinnis who posted this horrifying thing on the anniversary of Jason Frank's death

[00:19:03] basically condemning him for having taken his own life or his association with Jacob Frank

[00:19:14] who we hadn't really had to think about because he wasn't really you know out there in the public

[00:19:18] but he was yeah they're promoting you know auctions related to his late father and people like hey

[00:19:26] you know you like get it and like he was hanging out with also conventions all that and it took

[00:19:32] about five seconds for someone to find the reason we hadn't really heard about him much is because

[00:19:40] he'd done some creepy stuff yeah I mean what else can you possibly say you know um exploiting

[00:19:49] suicide of a beloved actor to many people is a terrible crime that prays upon many people in the world

[00:20:01] but you know what he had some bangers so that makes it okay put it on a t-shirt

[00:20:06] apparently that's that's what we're doing now and also I do want I mentioned it as in the preamble to

[00:20:15] this topic but Austin C. John also mentioned other people it was not that starfish was the only

[00:20:23] person who's the Chuck Norris you know right wing heroes he stressed that Chuck Norris was his

[00:20:33] favorite you know could have could have seen that coming but now what do we do with this information

[00:20:39] now stress I should stress again um that Mike doesn't speak on behalf of power and work on oh no I don't

[00:20:49] no I do not personally I think conventions ought to drop him because like there's this timeline

[00:20:57] where he's gonna pull up 20s conventions with with one of uh these German mustache dude shirts

[00:21:05] and you know they're gonna have some questions to answer this is also a very interesting thing to come

[00:21:16] out the same week as the uh the sponsorship he's doing the promotion with power morphecon about how

[00:21:23] you can win free airline tickets via american airlines only you know it's it's American airlines

[00:21:30] you know none of those starfish airlines or anything like the American airlines I think I

[00:21:35] I think I just saw an eagle give birth when I said yeah uh and they will pay for you to get

[00:21:41] to power morphecon they'll pay for your airfare and they'll pay for you to get in you still have

[00:21:45] to pay for the hotel on food which is the most expensive part of the trip but that's neither here

[00:21:49] nor there but you know you could possibly get a free airline ticket to go there even though you

[00:21:54] know American airlines doesn't serve where I am yeah man airlines isn't as big as it used to be

[00:22:02] that's really bizarre that it only works with one airline because I highly doubt american airlines

[00:22:07] is actually doing the promotion there's no way that big is working with power morphecon which is

[00:22:12] that small another thing that really bothers me about the convention stuff as you have to remember

[00:22:17] that power morphecon started as a convention in 2007 and the main thing why power that power

[00:22:23] more and the main sorry about that and the main thing that power morphecon had in its back pocket

[00:22:30] which allowed it to exist in the first place is if you may recall power morphecon in 2007 had a

[00:22:37] very close relationship with the make a wish foundation yeah that's right and those the people who

[00:22:45] must ashy guy threw in the gas chambers yes so it seems to me that

[00:22:56] remind me was he at the first one yes okay so for somebody who's been aware of this convention

[00:23:05] for 17 years now to make that kind of pivot from allegedly working with the make a wish foundation

[00:23:16] to pretty much making a 180 and denouncing those kind of people for profit

[00:23:23] tells you pretty much everything that you need to know about the mindset do I think power morphecon

[00:23:30] is going to exile him from the convention no and the reason why I don't is because let's be

[00:23:37] completely honest here if you've been to power morphecon you'll know what i'm talking about

[00:23:41] also saying john is kind of sort of not there really he's like often his own little world

[00:23:48] he has his own table he has his own booth he does not take part in any of the panels he doesn't

[00:23:54] like walk the floor or anything he's not even there all the days he's there pretty much

[00:23:58] here's the time i'm available i'm going to show up on my own schedule i'm going to be at my

[00:24:03] table i'm going to sign my things and then i'm going to leave so if they were to ban him from that

[00:24:08] let's be completely real he's probably just going to set up a table across the street

[00:24:16] also see john and power morphecon i've read about this before before the pod before this podcast

[00:24:23] came back i wrote about the ranger kran site um you know thing happened to me at power morphecon

[00:24:30] 2014 i black dots i don't directly remember it but i was told later that he was one of the people who

[00:24:38] dropped you as doing and took care of me until the um until a paramedic's got there and for

[00:24:43] the longest time i really didn't you know say anything or weigh in about any of his shenanigans i was

[00:24:50] kind of uh like lady slide because of what he did for me um but i think after his indictment i realized

[00:25:01] this guy's a bag it is possible to be a truly reprehensible person about some things and still have

[00:25:10] good qualities about you that's not the institute people contain that's doots people have layers we're all

[00:25:16] onions and i i say that because um what he did for you is real you know he has the paramedic

[00:25:26] experience he took care of you and that is factual and he was willing to help get me down to

[00:25:30] ranger stop yes but that does not excuse his recent actions but it also doesn't erase those

[00:25:43] like it's it's still a thing where you have to take it accordingly because i do worry that

[00:25:51] some people may think matters into their own hands regarding how to possibly handle this because

[00:25:57] let's be real i mean that's the sort of things happened before

[00:26:01] internet fandoms aren't necessarily known for being uh and i was referring to what happened at

[00:26:04] the at phoenix comic con yeah like people aren't known for being too stable in some of these franchises

[00:26:10] so i i do hope that people can express their their scorn and their madness through being better

[00:26:23] people and just you know not giving him money not showing up to appearances harassment is not the

[00:26:31] way to do it i would bet money that he's not going to do a panel of our morpher kind that's for damn

[00:26:36] he hasn't in years there's no reason for it oh yeah yeah well i guess the reason why he didn't

[00:26:39] last time is be the reason why he didn't really attend was because of who else was attending

[00:26:47] correct and that's kind of been the reason why they're why he was as disson as he was because of

[00:26:55] the relationship that jason frank had with the event over the years um

[00:27:01] um

[00:27:03] yeah

[00:27:05] i know me personally i'm not going to give him a damn dime

[00:27:10] um and i'm willing to hear out the twins in their argument uh you know why i should call them

[00:27:17] the original gold ranger

[00:27:21] yes i do think some of the claim of the i'm sorry

[00:27:25] at that i do think some of the blame should fall on jim comings because yes it was terrible

[00:27:33] or him to for all zin-saint john to say that on comings this show but it wasn't a live stream

[00:27:41] you could edit that out but they don't know this is okay this is good to put on something

[00:27:48] this is good to put out there for the world and jim comings wasn't immediately repulsed by it

[00:27:56] i think the only word he says like wow wow like i mean i mean to not to open another camo can

[00:28:04] of worms but this kind of subject matter is something that i don't see jim comings necessarily

[00:28:07] disagreeing with but that's neither here nor there but let's be real people say some stupid stuff

[00:28:14] and most of the time especially in years past you know we just kind of live it slide

[00:28:20] but the fact that somebody else put it out there yeah awesome st john is ultimately responsible

[00:28:24] because you know it's his promotion that he's doing and he's one advertising it but some of the

[00:28:31] blames should go to the jim jim comings podcast because much larger reach and they could have just

[00:28:41] bend the bigger people and said uh no that's not gonna fly and let's be completely honest if

[00:28:48] awesome st john had just said this on a twitter or rather sorry if awesome st john had just said

[00:28:55] this promotion on his personal website or on x or on some sort of smaller scale thing because

[00:29:03] hard truth that this fandom needs to face is that power Rangers just does not have the reach

[00:29:08] or the pole that it had 30 years ago so it kind of what we would have laughed at it in our fandom

[00:29:15] we would have been like oh Austin and you know aw shucks but you know the fact that jim coming says

[00:29:22] a much larger reach yeah i haven't i haven't listened to the full show but there's a reference

[00:29:27] in the show notes to him having saved jim from his shootout okay so maybe i don't know like i don't

[00:29:36] know like i don't know enough about this podcast or the you know how equipped he would have been

[00:29:43] to like oh like oh dang we're going into that talk right now like i'm not sure if you

[00:29:49] know about the podcast is that jim cunt minks who has been in this he's been in the entertainment

[00:29:53] industry for decades now what at least four years and it's pretty much you know it's like

[00:30:00] it's like the uh Jerry Seinfeld show committee ends in cars getting coffee except this time it's

[00:30:05] you know entertainment celebrities belisters in below on air you know raising one hand

[00:30:16] apparently you're gonna see a lot of memes with that image of red power ranger in the cockpit

[00:30:24] of the megazord getting ready to the lots of power sword and that is a right extended

[00:30:31] hand you're gonna see that a lot now yeah yeah yeah

[00:30:39] so how about you were you joining the boycott

[00:30:43] as much as anybody can boycott him boycotts one of those words as just a fancy way of saying i don't

[00:30:49] feel like doing anything that's how i've always talked about boycotts i wasn't doing anything to

[00:30:55] support him in the first place it wasn't an act of malice on my end it's just like yo i don't

[00:31:00] care about you guys so it's just like in whatever i will continue to not do anything you can

[00:31:07] dress it up and call a boycott and i could post it and you know farm likes on social media and be

[00:31:11] like oh look at my pure ass but no it's just it's just like whatever yeah yeah it's your sucks

[00:31:19] i don't need to tell any of you listening to like oh jeez man that sucks i don't agree with that

[00:31:26] at all because i feel like that should be obvious but yeah i just hope that he gets the book thrown

[00:31:36] out in this is tax far case and i mean it's not like he's it's not like he's a danger to people

[00:31:47] attending the convention um but he's very least a a PR problem for for the convention he goes to

[00:31:57] and i think how events deal with that is up to them and all i'm going to say is again i cannot

[00:32:05] speak for power morpher con nor will i even remotely pretend to have any involvement with any of

[00:32:09] the other conventions such as ranger stop or anything else on the east coast or west coast um but

[00:32:16] given this information if austin cnjon is announced at any public event going forward

[00:32:22] uh i just hope people can make informed decisions based on information that's out there and if

[00:32:32] if conventions think that they can handle the public relations fiasco that will come from

[00:32:39] looking him like if they if any convention comes out like in the next week

[00:32:44] it's like awesome st john will be there uh more power to you but uh i wouldn't do that

[00:32:52] so that's going to be all from us for this episode uh tune in next time as we continue our
